Where I work.
I represent buyers and sellers across the west side of Greater Toledo and Northwest Ohio, with Sylvania as my home base. Here are the communities I know cold, each with a guide on the market and what your money buys.
Find your part of town.
From Sylvania and Ottawa Hills to the new-construction corridors out toward Waterville, Whitehouse, and Monclova, here is the metro the way locals actually think about it. Dig into any one.
Sylvania
My home base on the west side, and an easy one to love. A walkable downtown along Main Street, the Red Bird Arts District, Olander Park and Centennial Terrace, and established tree-lined neighborhoods a short hop from I-475.

A small, storied village of distinctive architecture and mature tree canopy, tucked between Sylvania and the city with a quick reach to the University of Toledo and downtown.

History and new construction side by side. A brick-lined historic downtown above the Maumee River, Fort Meigs and Levis Commons, plus fast-growing newer neighborhoods to the south and east.

Classic river-town character with a walkable Uptown, Side Cut Metropark along the Maumee, and easy access to the Anthony Wayne Trail and I-475.
Explore →Waterville
A riverfront small town with a charming downtown, the historic Roche de Boeuf, and a wave of newer construction along the southwest edge of the metro.
Explore →Whitehouse
Small-town roots and room to grow. A tidy village center, the Wabash Cannonball Trail, and some of the area's most active new-construction neighborhoods.
Explore →Holland
West-side value with quick highway access. Established and newer neighborhoods near Spring Meadows shopping, minutes from I-475 and the Airport Highway corridor.
Explore →Monclova
Open, growing, and quiet. Newer homes on bigger lots in Monclova Township, with an easy run to I-475, the airport, and the west-side hospital campuses.
Explore →Rossford
Riverfront and rising. Newer neighborhoods around the Crossroads district and Bass Pro, an established old-town core, and quick access to I-75 and the turnpike.

The established and newer neighborhoods wrapping around the city of Sylvania, with parks, shopping along Central and Monroe, and quick I-475 access.

The Holland-Springfield corridor on the southwest side, a mix of established and newer homes near Spring Meadows and easy highway access.
